The Radio Clinic

It’s time for Public Radio WBHM 90.3 FM/WSGN 91.5 FM to get a check-up at The Radio Clinic, and the listener is the doctor! During evening hours Monday through Saturday in June and July, North Central Alabama listeners will be able to go on Radio Clinic “rounds” both on the air and online at wbhm.org to get – and give – a read on the vital signs of a variety of new music, talk, debate and entertainment programs.

Saturday Night Opera

ROSSINI: Le Comte Ory

Rossini's penultimate opera is based on a medieval ballad about randy knights set loose in a convent. This version of the story is a bit more polite, with the nuns turned into a castle full of faithful wives, chastely awaiting the return of their husbands. (airs May 26 at 7p.m.)

WBHM is 'Your NPR News Station' and home to the Alabama Radio Reading Service, a resource for the blind and print-impaired. WBHM programming also can be heard in North Central Alabama on WSGN 91.5 FM through a partnership with Gadsden State Community College.
